Rotary of Portsmouth Scholarships

Rotary of Portsmouth offers six college scholarships* each year with $1,000 going to each recipient.

• Two scholarships are given to Shawnee State University freshmen
• Two scholarships are given to Shawnee State University juniors
• The remaining two scholarships are given to juniors attending any other college.

Applications should be made directly to the Scioto Foundation by the first week in April.   All Scioto Foundation scholarship applications are completed on-line. Applicants can find information and directions on the Scioto Foundation website, www.sciotofoundation.org, or ucanfindascholarship.org.

*One additional scholarship is granted to an international student attending Shawnee State University.  This student is selected by the SSU Center for International Programs.
